Ruth Duncan, our Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, has a wealth of experience in dealing with all manner of Individual and Corporate financial solutions for those in need of advice and assistance.

Ruth has worked in the Insolvency field for over twenty years; starting at the Department of Trade and Industry, and entering private practice in the mid 1980’s, working for both small and large practices, including established top ten firms.

Ruth created the company Maxwell Davies in February 2003 to bring personal, quality service, to businesses and individual clients requiring a sympathetic attitude and efficient results.

Ruth is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
